Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control

I use ConnectWise Control to support and maintain multiple users across several organizations. Systems from California to New York are easily accessible allowing me to provide superior client relationships. Its flexibility to be utilized from multiple systems, iOS, Mac and PC, have made it an invaluable part of my consulting company. In a nutshell I would not have a consulting firm without it. It is the single most important tool I have.

Pros

  • Easily allows me to connect to a user's system.
  • Works well even over a slow connection.
  • Once connected it maintains that connection well, even through reboots.

Cons

  • Sometimes remote connections are extremely slow unless I blank the screen. This only happens on a few systems.
  • It has enabled me to expand my business to remote support hundreds, even thousands, of clients.
  • The Mac Client isn't as full featured as the Windows Client.
I prefer the pricing of ConnectWise Control and their cloud based model.
If you need remote access to systems, you need ConnectWise Control.
