Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control
We have been using ConnectWise control for the last couple of years as the product has developed from ScreenConnect into ConnectWise control.
One of the great benefits of this application is its simplicity. It works every time on every device. This enables our support technicians to simply connect to any end user device from their chosen workstation, be it Windows, MAC, Linus or tablet/mobile. Our clients use it many times, daily, to receive critical, time-sensitive support with minimal of fuss.

- Simple to connect. One short code, one easy to run, small footprint app.
- Great integration with our website.
- Simple admin interface
- UAC integration on Windows admin client can be tricky to implement on occasions. This seems to work much better from a MAC admin client.
- Could we re-skin/brand the admin console?
- Saves huge amount of engineering time. No need to visit sites for simple fixes.
- Great for training via screen sharing, saves customer time and reduces users frustration.
- Priced right compared to market competitors.
TeamViewer - Product was good but licensing was incredibly expensive for our type of deployment compared to ConnectWise.
LogMeIn - Product was full of features but [was] overkill and not so great for multi-client deployment.
Pulseway - Doesn't have the features and cross-platform support that ConnectWise does.
