Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control

ConnectWise is used to support clients remotely. This cuts down on time spent traveling as well as the expense. It meets all my needs for supporting clients such as file transfer, easy to set up and unattended access.
  • Easy to connect. Remote support is great but if it takes 20 minutes to help guide a user to install the support software, it's not really a good solution. ConnectWise makes it simple to embed right in your own web page.
  • The client portal can be customized to your own colours and style.
  • Free updates are included in your monthly subscription. This alone made me choose the subscription service over the standalone, self hosted version.
  • Speed and ease of use can always use some improvements. There is nothing I need to do that I can not already do with ConnectWise.
  • It pays for itself every month. Customers enjoy not having to lug around their computers and I enjoy not having to drive for 30 minutes to fix a 5 minute problem.
Every remote support tool I've tried meet my needs. I chose connectwise over the rest due to pricing and have not found a reason to switch.
For small to medium sized IT support companies it is a great choice. There may be better options for larger scale operations but I have no experience with that to comment on.
