Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
ConnectWise Control has been a great tool for our technicians at our current company. It offers us the ability to remotely connect to any client and help them with support issues as long as they have an Internet connection, regardless of where they are. You can easily execute commands on a remote computer without commandeering it to get basic PC information and do other maintenance tasks.

- Creating and managing session groups is useful and easy.
We use LogMeIn along with ConnectWise. ConnectWise is great for remote sessions on a client's device when it we don't have access to it in LogMeIn. Both are lightweight and require very little resources on either the customer side or the technician side. Use of either of these products is a company by company basis.
