Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
It is being used by my organization across the board to support our customers. A very handy feature we cant live without is the ability to send terminal commands from our screen connect sessions, this has been a life saver for us.
- Messaging via the task bar icon option has enabled our customers to contact us in the event of an issue.
- Sending terminal commands to multiple users simultaneously has saved us a tremendous amount of time and effort.
- The custom triggers the software allows , has given us the ability to implement our own api’s alongside ConnectWise
- The software is great as it is now, I would however request a few tweaks here and there, one being the the ability to see a full size image of the users session thumbnail
- Our overhead as far as employee time spent with customers in person has reduced drastically since using this software.
- Because most issues are now solved remotely we are now more productive.
ConnectWise definitely beats the competition in my book by allowing the use of bulk terminal commands. This has been a life saver for us.
