Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

I use ScreenConnect to manage my remote POS computers for technical support.
  • Easy to use.
  • Secure.
  • This allows me full control of my remote computers and I do not need the other operator to connect me.
  • I have not had any problems with ScreenConnect.
  • This saves me a lot of time and headache on technical support for remote users.
  • This reduces our costs for training.
ScreenConnect is easier to use than any other program I have used. I have not used ScreenConnect meetings. I will try that out now.
It is great for tech support. I am hesitant to add additional users since the user would then have access to all computers.
