Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
We use ConnectWise control to provide remote support to our contract customers. In many cases, it allows us to offer the customer a fast resolution to a security system problem. If it saves just one engineer visit to a site per month, then it easily pays for itself.
- Easy to use by your clients with links, support codes or event calendar events for scheduled support tickets.
- Works with all of our clients platforms, even those with administrator permission restrictions.
- The ability to leave support sessions open whilst a PC is reset offers a smooth service to the client during fault finding.
- The iOS mobile platform is reliable, but the GUI requires improvement.
- Some of the terminology could be made easier to understand for technicians and end users.
- Our engineers are more productive, with less site visits to diagnose faults.
- One successfully diagnosed fault via a ConnectWise Control will pay for the monthly subscription in savings on an engineer having to travel to site.
- We increase our shared knowledge as site engineers can quickly provide support between each other.
TeamViewer is an easy to use platform, with intuitive GUI, designed for novice users. However, the commercial license costs don't justify the benefits above the likes of ConnectWise Control.
