Use Cases and Deployment Scope

When students or employees need help with their computer and you really need to be able to see what is going on, this is one of the simplest programs to use.

We also use Zendesk for our IT Help Desk, and the two integrate well.

Alternatives Considered

TeamViewer and LogMeIn Central

LogMeIn has to be installed on the computer in advance.
TeamViewer is too expensive.
