Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

When students or employees need help with their computer and you really need to be able to see what is going on, this is one of the simplest programs to use.

We also use Zendesk for our IT Help Desk, and the two integrate well.

Pros

  • Easy to deploy
  • Integration with Zendesk

Cons

  • None come to mind
  • Increased efficiency, particularly for personal computers of employees and students
Sharing screens and providing remote access particularly related to to tech support.
