Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
I manage workstations at remote sites with ConnectWise Control. When a request comes in from those sites for support, I have deployed agents on them wherein I am able to connect without direct user presence and complete the tasks necessary and also advise the user once complete. It has allowed for a smooth and efficient experience for myself and the end users.
- Remote access; the ability to remote in as needed is fantastic.
- Ease of use; the interface is intuitive, easy to navigate and use.
- Pricing; for a small contractor such as myself, the cost-benefit in relation to the features is great.
- None that I feel is necessary in my situation.

ConnectWise Control was a better fit and provided more cost benefit.
