Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
We use ConnectWise Control to provide remote information technology support to users that are travelling or out of the office. This allows users to receive immediate support when needed. It also allows us to monitor our workstations and servers to determine if any are offline. It also allows us to share screens for meetings.

- Fair cost
ConnectWise is far superior to LogMeIn Rescue and other similar competitors based on several factors. First is cost, ConnectWise is very fairly priced and is easy to add technician licenses as needed. Next, the client install is very light weight and not resource intensive. The end user doesn't even notice its there. It also makes managing and connecting to multiple endpoints very easy.
