Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use it company-wide and really depend on it as some of my clients are in geographically different areas. ConnecWise Control allows me to assist multiple users simultaneously, which is great for revenue! ConnectWise Control also allows me to provide much better response time than the local competition.

Pros and Cons

It is very trouble free to operate and is always available.
I can run it from any PC with an Internet connection which is great if I am not carrying my laptop.
The price is definitely a benefit as well.

I am sorry but I have not come across anything that ConnectWise Control could do better for my particular business.

Return on Investment

ConnectWise Control is very efficient and works on a variety of Internet providers.
ConnectWise Control is always available.
ConnectWise Control is very affordable compared to other similar software.

Alternatives Considered

TeamViewer, Splashtop Remote Support and Remote Desktop Services

ConnecWise Control is far cheaper and is much more user friendly than the other similar systems that I have used.

Likelihood to Recommend

The only situation that I have run into where ConnectWise Control was not well suited was with a Windows 2011 SBS server. The ConnecWise Control client would continually use 25% of the CPU. This could very well have been an issue with the Server software but it is the only time that I have found ConnectWise Control to not work as well.
