Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

Our IT department uses ConnectWise Control to connect to all of our computers when needed, including in remote branches and with remote users. It allows us to easily connect to all of these computers and support them remotely. Previously we were using less-than-ideal ad-hoc solutions.
  • Allows you to remotely connect to users' computers.
  • Allows you to see all of your computers in one dashboard.
  • Gives you many tools to interact/control workstations remotely.
  • Can be a little slow on high resolution screens like Macs with retina displays.
  • Would be nice if it was a little easier to group computers.
  • Would be nice if the settings were a little cleaner.
  • Would be nice if you had more granular settings control on the hosted version like you do with the on prem.
  • Increased efficiency (techs not having to physically visit people's desks.. miss them.. have to come back later.. etc)
  • Ability to work on multiple sessions at a time
  • Ability to remotely support multiple offices
Previously used Logmein, but the pricing increased a lot and it they nickel and dimed you for every feature. Screenconnect works a lot better and it was very cost effective.
Works great in any tech support environment.
