Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
Here at Coconis Furniture we currently have 4 stores in three different areas. As the IT manager, I use ConnectWise to access any machine across our whole company. I can even be at home after hours, and log in to our store in Heath, correct the problem they are having and never have to drive to the location. Just love the ability to log in and chat with the user on the other end to help solve the problem they have.
- Logging in from anywhere there is internet is amazing.
- Clearly being able to view a user's screen, even multiple screens is very useful.
- Having the ability to log in even when no one is at that particular station with the free client software enables me to work after stores are closed.
- Just a little confusing if you close a session, sometimes it uninstalls the client software, then you have to go to remote computer to reinstall the client software.
- The ability to not have to drive to separate locations multiple times a week saves a lot on travel costs.
- The cost is amazing for our situation. Me being the only technician and being to add every computer without limits to my remote desktop list is amazing.
TeamViewer was an adequate program. But the install was far more complicated than ConnectWise. Their client software seemed hit or miss when it ran. Not always sure it would reboot properly if the computer accidentally got powered down and back on.
