Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We used ConnectWise for helpdesk support for our customers who do not have SLA with us. In addition, we use ConnectWise as back up remote access to our RMM.

With similar features with other remote access software, ScreenConnect has a better monthly pricing.
We think that ConnectWise Control has better pricing model than TeamViewer, LogMeIn, or GoToMyPC. With similar features with other remote control access, ScreenConnect is much faster and efficient.
