Since the pandemic hit, ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect) is used to remote control other employees' computers for troubleshooting purposes. It helps in controlling remote systems fast and easily.

TeamViewer

TeamViewer is great functionality-wise, but for new users, it's difficult to install and start using it. Also it turns out to be very pricey.

Usability

Overall ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)'s strength is its ease of use. One can just email the link to the user and start accessing the machine remotely. It's the easiest support option I've ever found for users to deal with.

Never had to deal with the support.

ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect) works very well for having unattended access to systems. It would be nice to have more users though, but the price is a huge factor, as it can turn out to be expensive.
