Overall Satisfaction with Constant Contact
We use Constant Contact to keep in touch with all our customers - in multiple channels. Our corp clients all receive a monthly newsletter and an occasional extra email blast. Our ecommerce clients get quarterly sales alerts. Our event clients get alerts structured around our annual events. By having multiple touch points for all channels we keep our branding in the minds of our customer groups.

- List segmentation insures that the right list gets the appropriate email
- Open data lets you know what is working
- Would love more free stock artwork to be available
- Every month we send out our newsletter, the phone rings and we gain revenue.
- For our events, the reminders create signs ups which drive revenue.
- Our quarterly ecommerce sales drive store sales and keep us top of mind with our clients.
Constant Contact is the best value for the investment. There are cheaper solutions - but not better. When you want to make a good impression, you want Constant Contact to be your provider (when we see Mailchimp emails we just delete!)
