Overall Satisfaction with Contractor Foreman

Great software to consolidate our needs into one place. We have eliminated our time tracking, CRM and estimating systems. Love the flexibility to turn on what we need and turn off what we don't along will great role based security settings to be sure our employees are only seeing what matters to them. We're a small business and having a system that gives us full access to turn things on as we need them is great.

  • Lead management - tracking where they are in the funnel and having web lead automatically pull into the system.
  • Creating an assembly in the Cost Database is an issue
  • No email integration to have Gmail pulled in and link messages from customers to their project for easy view
  • Estimate to create a template for email portion or have attachments with multiple points to initial when signing
  • General place to access all email templates and allow for customization versus needing to search for them.
  • Visibility on how we are estimating
  • Overall time spent on projects vs time planned
  • Scheduling projects and would like to have a better resource management view where a person can be dedicated and then warned if they are overbooked when using the schedule.
They only covered part of what Contractor Foreman is capable of doing. The overall cost with the functionality and there is no competition, Contractor Foreman wins hands down.

Great for service and construction firms that need a sophisticated system to mange complex projects. It will work for smaller businesses however there is a lot to turn off and many features you can not turn off where they clutter up the dashboard or are linked in other places such as bidding and sub contracting in estimates.

Not aware there is a premium support. The regular support is great.
When configuring the system the support was excellent in assisting me with connecting QuickBooks Online with the system. They even go so far as having a consultant help with the configurations to be sure everything is working correctly included at no cost.
