Overall Satisfaction with Convert Experiences
I am the founder of Corvus CRO, an end-to-end conversion optimization consulting agency specializing in providing consistent, maintainable revenue growth to eCommerce companies. Corvus is a registered agency partner with Convert Experiences. Convert is our go-to split testing platform for clients on a tight budget, or who are new to conversion optimization. Convert is used by multiple departments, both agency-side and client-side, ex. client services, engineering, marketing, UX/UI, etc. Pretty much anyone that has a hand in maintaining a client website. We use Convert for building and executing split tests, A/B tests, multivariate tests, etc. on client websites, as well as regular result analysis and reporting. It helps us take the guesswork out of website change management and ensure that only beneficial changes are implemented.

Convert was selected based on price point, feature set, and UI/UX. All three are very friendly to new testers and small to mid-market size companies. Their UI and tool workflow is the best out of all of the non-enterprise solutions that I have tried. There is some small room for improvement, but that only really affects power users or tests that require significant coding/development work to execute.
