Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

We use Cvent to provide registration for five our organization's events annually. Cvent collects our attendee's information and payments leading up to the events.
  • Thorough question visibility logic
  • Fast customer service if I have a question
  • Thorough reporting
  • Flexibility on an account level to fit our unique organization needs
  • Pushing back product release dates, which affects our organization's event deadlines
  • After a learning curve, Cvent is easy to adjust as our event plans change.
  • Cheapest registration platform we could find.
Cvent was the cheapest, and it was what our organization has used for about 8 years now so it's tough to change.
Reaching out to our Client Success Manager has been really great! They have learned what is important to our organization and help to send us info that we value.

Cvent has products that fit basically every need you would have in the event industry. Our organization chooses to use some of those and use other partners for others, but this could be your one stop shop for event planning. We also found Cvent to be the cheapest option within the event industry, which we really appreciate.
