Overall Satisfaction with Dataloader.io

We currently use Dataloader.io to mass update and insert records into our Salesforce environments for large data driven projects.

Pros

  • Updating existing records.
  • Inserting new records.
  • Upserting into current records.
  • Data mapping.

Cons

  • The UI is a little dated.
  • The mapping function could be more intuitive.
  • The time it takes to update on large uploads could be improved.
  • Dataloader.io has saved us several thousand dollars yearly due to not needing to purchase an additional product to handle updates.
  • Dataloader.io saves us many man hours that it would take to manually do updates to our data.
We chose Dataloader.io because it was cost effective compared to other subscription based products.
I have not had to reach out for any support.
There are a few things like speed and the UI that could be improved.
