Overall Satisfaction with Deputy
We use Deputy across all our casual employees across the company. It solved a problem we had with timesheets being inaccurate as people did not complete the manual time sheets or it was time consuming to calculate the exact minutes that people we working. It also helps sending out rosters.
Pros
- Schedules.
- Timesheets.
- Notices to send out to employees.
Cons
- GPS - is not accurate too many error in signing on too far away.
- Taking information like payrates, etc. from our account program, feels like double entry.
- Printing the roster directly from Deputy to have a paper copy in the factory.
- Time saved.
- Improved payroll accuracy.
- Easy planning of staff rosters.
We have not used any other time record keeping software. We did price up different time clocks but this appeared to be the better way to go for our growing company. We have been very impressed with the time saving that Deputy has helped us achieve. Way better than how we were doing it.
