Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

We use this program to schedule weekly hours and to compute timesheets at the end of the pay periods. It is used by every employee in the company. The owner schedules each employee on the weekend and sends out their schedule by Sunday. Then, at the end of the pay period, the owner exports the timesheets for computing pay.

  • Ability to export timesheets on the app. Had to be done on the computer.

It’s very easy to use. The only issue I had which I mentioned before is that I would like all features to be available through the app and not have to use my computer to export timesheets.
It’s an easy implementation which is important to us because we work with special needs employees.
This app is very well-suited for a smaller company. We only have three employees right now and it’s perfect for that. It is tedious if you were to have to use it for many employees in my opinion. Additionally, it works well if you have consistent shifts week to week as the copy shift button is handy.
