Across whole Organisation. It streamlines rostering a large number of casual and contract staff across numerous venues we work in.

  • Easily saving 10x the cost of deputy in admin time and timesheet “rounding”.
Multi-location support on deputy is much better staff app is much more comprehensive payroll/timesheet management and export to XERO is much better in Deputy.

The web app sometimes glitches and requires browser or system restarts to restore views. Assigning multiple staff the same shift but with a different role, the designation is a bit tedious at times.
Training videos provided by Deputy were great for getting our staff up to speed on how to implement and then best utilize deputy as a cost-saving resource.
Deputy handles the multiple venues we work in incredibly well, with location tracking on the app it reduces admin time substantially when verifying timesheets. Employees find the system easy to use and appreciate how it integrates with their calendars as freelance contractors.
