Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk

I selected Dialpad Talk after trying several VOIP phone systems. I was looking for a solution that would allow me to port my Google Voice numbers and use an app and a desk phone to send and receive calls. I needed a flexible system that would allow me to add and drop users and phone numbers as needed.

Dialpad Talk has changed its pricing; however, it's still a good option against most VOIP services in my opinion. Google Voice lacks features. 8x8's app was was a little confusing. RingCentral and Vonage are pricey for small companies. I've tested other tools that seem to have fallen by the wayside over the years.

Dialpad Talk is great for small companies that need lots of flexibility. The app, in particular, is helping to ensure we don't miss client calls when away from the desk. I'm a little old school and like a traditional desk phone, so I also was able to get a phone for when I'm sitting in the office.
