Overall Satisfaction with DiscoverOrg
To the best of my knowledge DiscoverOrg is being used in the Sales and Marketing divisions. It solves the business problem of not knowing the appropriate contacts within the customer base, and not having accurate contact information.
- DiscoverOrg does a good job of gathering "mostly" accurate customer information by organization, which allows the user to reach the customer relatively quick.
- DiscoverOrg does a good job of providing relevant customer and company information. which provides the user inroads and awareness of the customers issues and current environment.
- DiscoverOrg integrates well with Salesforce.com, which allows the information to be transferred seamlessly with this CRM.
- DiscoverOrg segments customer access, therefore requiring additional costs for broader departmental information.
- Now that DiscoverOrg has acquired ZoomInfo, I would love to be able to access this information as well.
- DiscoverOrg has saved me numerous hours of research by providing information on the technology an organization is using, and the contacts at the organization.
