Overall Satisfaction with DocuSign

Perfect for the investor and wholesaler. This platform gives an easy to use e-sign experience with quick and trusted responses. Our title company uses it for clients who are not very savvy about e-sign and they can easily get their documents finalized for closing. I use the non-branded version for my own investing.

I use DocuSign for the title company and my own investments. On the brokerage side, we use Transaction Desk. Transaction desk is specific to brokers. It allows for more document tracking, invention by the broker, document compliance, and teams. I think that this is not necessary for DocuSign because they have a different audience of customer...an unbranded, easy product is more for the investor, wholesaler, or For-Sale-By-Owner. The cost is perfect for the indie investor.

I recommend DocuSign to all investors. They are able to get paperwork to the seller quickly and easily so they can get ahead of any other competitor. The platform is affordable, easy to use, versatile, and customizable. If they can get one more deal per year, it is worth it, but I think they can get several with the ease of use with this software.
