Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Uploaded files can be easily shared with everyone in the company and this is awesome. Everyone has to access it with their phones or laptops, they can check what's going on. And you can use Dropbox as main online space to upload and keep your files in there. And there is no chance of losing them.

I need something for real-time editing, for example, if someone is working with some document, other ones can see and edit it. It would be great.

Google Drive and OneDrive

Google Drive and OneDrive are also professional files hosting and sharing cloud space services, and they were being used in our organization, but They have more chance to hacking and losing your files, especially the main and most important files. So in my view, Dropbox is the best one on the market for its security and simplicity.

File-hosting and sharing with Dropbox is helping so much. Dropbox is the old and well-known cloud product on the market. Keeping your files on hard drives and other devices is not as good as keeping them on an online cloud space that everyone easily accesses them and uses them wherever they want and from any device.
