Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

[Dropbox is] Used for storing documents and sharing data among certain teams.
  • Sharing files.
  • Cloud storage.
  • Weblinks.
  • UI could use improvements.
  • Lowest tier data cost.
  • Video playback.
  • Has helped claims review time.
  • Lowered claims review time from 2 weeks to 5 business days.
  • Freed up storage space on drives for all employees.
Dropbox, when compared to Google Drive, is a simpler and much cleaner UI to use on a daily basis. Google Drive certainly has its high points but can get messy sometimes with files and being hooked into other Google services such as Google photos. Dropbox is a stand-alone product.
I have never had any issues, no issues is the best customer service in my opinion. For the most part my experience has been problem free. If there were any issues Dropbox UI being easy to navigate makes it easy to locate the actual problem and get it resolved without calling customer service.
