Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use it to host all of our digital content, logos, ads etc in one easy manageable place where other team members can access the content. The issue is when people would need the logo or brand guidelines, instead of constantly having to send them the graphics I have the set URL for each or they can access them on their own.

updating desktop app
instead of just adding duplicated file, a notification with "this has already been uploaded" with the choice to continue or see where the file is would be very helpful

I find it makes it easier to get projects done quickly because everything is organized in one spot

I find it easier to share files with Dropbox vs Google Drive. Google Drive often is confusing for older populations to figure out.

I manage 8 different automotive locations so having an easy spot where I can store all the ads, brand guidelines, logos, graphics and photos in one spot makes my life much easier. It doesn't help with the social media side as much.
