Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

We currently use it to store all documents and client documents. As well as share folders for clients to upload assets. Our team has it installed in their computers and are able to upload directly into Dropbox without even logging into the websdite.

Pros

  • Sharing folders requesting documents
  • Syncing files
  • Backing up documents

Cons

  • A stand-alone application that doesn't get treated an actual OS folder
  • Dropbox gives us peace of mind
They are pretty similar and would also fit our needs. Especially Google Drive.

Dropbox is great when requesting files from customers/clients. It makes it easy to send the folder, upload and receive notifications when it's done.
