Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use Dropbox primarily as a file share for our employees. We are pleased with the ability to share folders with our customers so that we do not have to continually send updated files. This makes collaboration easy. Another feature we use is the desktop sync feature. Having the ability to access our files locally is very helpful. Especially if the internet goes down or we are offsite without connection.

- The mobile app could be a bit more user friendly
- Customer satisfaction has benefitted from our use of Dropbox

We prefer Dropbox over Box because we feel Dropbox has better collaboration tools and a better Sync protocol.
