Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
I use Dropbox for file storage. Dropbox allows my team to have access to all our files easily, especially that 60% of my team works remotely. The fact that the product is accessible both on cloud and locally is also amazing. The limited access is also a huge help for security and confidentiality reasons.
Pros
- stores all kinds of files in one place
- can be used both online and offline
- can be integrated with all apps
- is very fast to load
- limited access to necessary users only on all levels
Cons
- Google Docs files - they are disappearing whereas they are very important
- pricing - it is too expensive especially having many active users
- helps us work faster

- not worrying about storage
