We use Dropbox for all our file storage needs across the company. This includes publishing files for our books, marketing materials, videos, audiobooks, spreadsheets, and more.

- Customizable settings - Set syncing automatically based on how recently a file has been accessed
- Easier way to onboarding new team members and give them file access
- We're able to work quicker as a team to get new products out
- We're able to share remotely without working in the same office
Both offer the same functionality, but Dropbox has a lot of integrations with other software, which is a great plus.
