Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

I use Dropbox for a lot of forms that I need to fill out. It makes it easy to view and save documents that I need for various things throughout my day. I also use Dropbox for photos and keeping everything safe and organized. It is a much more secure place to save and store documents and photos that I need for my daily life.

Pros

  • Uploading my items automatically on the app

Cons

  • The search feature could be more specific
  • I would like more ways to organize folders
  • I wish my photos loaded a bit faster
  • We are able to share and collaborate on documents
  • We can send links to other faculty to view documents and photos, even if they do not use dropbox
  • We can save student information into folders to keep it safe and organized
I love how easy Dropbox is to use, and how organized it has kept me over the years. I use it for personal use as well as professional use for the school I work at. The file folders make it easy to find documents and photos. It is user friendly and gives you lots of space for everything. It is worth every penny I have invested because I am confident in its security.
Dropbox is much more reliable and provides more space to use. Their folders are also much easier to access and organize. Also, I trust Dropbox more than Google, as it is a smaller company that is invested in its individual customers. I also like how simple the upload process is compared to Google Drive.

Dropbox is so much more secure than other cloud based apps. I've had photos and documents lost in the past and they would've been gone forever if it weren't for Dropbox. I pay yearly for added storage as well. It would be great for my colleagues because teachers always have a lot of paperwork and documents we need to keep track of.
