Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

I think I use it like anyone else. It doubles as a back up for my business documents and also has other features like sharing documents through links and getting documents signed. I use Dropbox often daily and if a colleague doesn’t I would tell them they need too. Highly recommend

Pros

  • Document storage and organization
  • Allows access to to my documents not just from own devices but others
  • It so far seems secure. I am always looking out for hackers.

Cons

  • It could be priced less. There are other options but it’s popular so I stay
  • If the business plans were less expensive I would switch from what we use now
  • Notifications, I do not get notifified when someone sends something to be signed. That I believe is a malfunction I am sure you guys mean too
  • I have to say it’s not had a return on investment.
  • I would also add it has a fair value and not over priced
  • There are other options. But plan to stay loyal to dropbox
It’s a secure file/ document storage app that syncs excellent with all 4 of my devices and also offers and at least it’s also a back up for anything important which I put almost everything in Dropbox. It’s organization system is very user friendly as myself and most of my employees do not spend much time on their devices so that’s a huge plus !
I know there is more than I listed. If that’s the right Box one I had a client use so had to make an account but I did not care for it. It seemed like a more complicated clear rip off of Dropbox. Maybe it’s more secure I just know it was not user friendly. But this as a big client, I often find out from clients about similar products.

I use it several times a day. Feel I am repeating myself but it’s so far been secure, it’s great at accessing it from my four devices. I belive I can access it from any online device I just never have. It’s a secure way to let someone view but not change any documents! The persona
price is fair I would like to see the business price decrease slightly. But as we grow I guess it won’t be an issue then.
