Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

We use Dropbox as an organization tool to separate projects and clients. It's the best way to organize large files ranging from high res logos to videos to anything in between. I'm not aware of any other platform that lets you store this much data for less and lets you share that ability with your clients for free.

The visual organization is absolutely awful. You login to the web version and it's incredibly difficult to get to where you need to go quickly. Visually it needs a major overhaul. When synced to your finder it visually is much more simple and organized and small in size which helps with the visual organization.

i'm not sure but i think probably because Dropbox allowed me to quickly share folders where clients could upload large files without setting up their own accounts. I'm guessing dropbox was cheaper and I used dropbox while working in silicon valley so I knew it was probably the best choice.

It's well suited for everything file storage. It's not suited for project management or invoicing. It's the best for storing large files but needs improvement in the user interface design as visually it's confusing on the web version.
