Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
Volume of data and easy collaboration with teams. With integration with other apps like MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint it is easy to edit and save files online.
The online file viewer supporting pdf, images and other media files are handy to preview without even getting downloaded locally. Easy to share inside and outside the organization too.

Documents editing online with integration with MS products is a plus compared to other products.
Easy synchronization of files and documents from local computer/mobile device to Dropbox. Security with multi factor authentication is an added advantage. Easy to authenticate with MS Authenticator/Google Authenticator. App integration with third party apps is a pros. Haven't tried all the apps but good with MS Excel, Word and pdf.
