Overall Satisfaction with Dubb - Video Communication Platform
We use Dubb to host videos we produce outside and within the Dubb platform to keep our clients informed of new solutions. We decided to use Dubb in lieu of our last hosting platform, because of the ability to apply multiple calls to action on a video landing page. Providing multiple ways for our clients to connect with us at their convenience is critical for us; Dubb provided the best options and value in this department. The other stand-out feature is the Video Showcase which is essentially dynamic video playlists that we embed on our website. These are fantastic because the products represented in our market fall into many different categories related to product type and application. With Showcase, we are able to segment our videos into different playlists. It also has a keyword search tool related to the tags we apply to each video and the videos' names. Dubb screen recording has also been a great solution for creating demos for our clients.

- It's very easy for users to share our video content
- Tagging videos with key words makes organization quick & easy
- I don't see how we can easily change the order in which videos are displayed on a showcase. It seems to default to the order in which the videos were uploaded, from oldest to most recent. That being said, I have not brought this up to the Dubb team yet; usually if something makes sense and can be done, the Dubb team figures out how to make it happen.

There are more options for customization with Dubb and ways to apply multiple calls to action on each video landing page. Wistia has video channels similar to Dubb's Showcase, but they do not have a search feature for their channels. Organizing content is much easier yet more dynamic with Dubb.
