Overall Satisfaction with Dubb - Video Communication Platform

I would like to create a series of videos for our customers on how to make their first purchase on our e-commerce platform and from that point start generating a series of more generic contact points to send videos after a customer purchases a product, to send Happy Birthday videos to our registered customers and on a future stage to send tidbit how-to videos to prospective corporate clients who would like to join our Entrepreneurial Program.

Dubb has been a experience for the last three years and I have to admit that they have listened so well, that they have been able to stay ahead of the curve on every turn. I have had no need to try any other platform that offers any similar services.

I believe that in this distanced and separated world, having the ability to see someone is amazing! If this interaction happens in spaces as intimate as your text messaging platform, your email I believe the impact is even bigger, while YES, we have a platform like YouTube where you can search for a video about anything you could image... and then some... welcoming someone in your restricted space and creating that connection means the world. I truly believe that those who establish that connection with their prospects and clients have 50% of the challenge won!

Dubb - Video Communication Platform Support

They have three webinars a week for onboarding and Q&A purposes! They have a very active Facebook group, they are very active on email sending quality content for the growth of your initiatives. Only for support, I would get started all over with them.

I originally purchased Dubb as part of a launching initiative in a Lifetime Deal, if I had been in contact with my future self he would have told me to max my purchase which unfortunately i did not and while that poses certain limitations, the team is AMAZING and I have had no need for purchasing any premium support, it actually looks like all of their support is premium.
During the onboarding process I had a million questions about how to get started! Mind you, back then it was a much simpler tool than it is now but still incredibly groundbreaking and rare! They got me setup and running in notime
