Overall Satisfaction with Dynamic Yield
At home24 we use Dynamic Yield in several departments, to be precise in Marketing within Merchandising, Personalization, Affiliate and in Product Tech for the function of Messaging, Product Recommendation and Dynamic Landing pages.
The software gives us immense flexibility and targeting capabilities without having the need of going through the usual tech development process. Ideas can be tested quickly and results evaluated real time and that is a big pro for our company.

- Possibility to personalize merchandising assets
- Possibility to use product recommendations with several algorithms and very high customization
- Possibility to create custom messages based on GTM events
- Possibility to create entire pages without tech support
- Possibility of A/B testing any element of the website coming from Dynamic Yield
- Possibility to inject any element inline when a Div is available
- Possibility to create specific rule for Modals and Messages
- Would be cool to have the possibility of linking assets to a campaign and schedule the go live of all the elements simultaneously
- Without disclosing numbers there is an high benefit in gaining flexibility, reducing internal tech costs and reducing time to market of new features, campaigns and personalized experiences.
Now I have a single centralized tool for several things while before we had to maintain at least 3 tools to do what we are currently doing with Dynamic Yield. Having a single tool helped us a lot also in increasing our level of precision and to avoid fixes across different software every time something was not going as expected.
