Overall Satisfaction with eTapestry

eTapestry is used as our primary CRM, primarily by the Development department.
  • Customization of accounts
  • Customization of contributions
  • Email marketing
  • Online web forms integrations are clunky
  • Ability to manage our donors' giving.
  • Keep clean records for mass mailings.
eTapestry is way better than Aplos' CRM capabilities, but probably not better than Flipcause. eTapestry is not better than NeonCRM.
Their support is always very helpful and quick.

It is great to house information about donors, volunteers, and stakeholders. It is great for recording giving histories of donors. While the reporting fits our needs just fine, it has few bells and whistles and will not make nice charts and graphs for you.
