Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365

Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

We use Exclaimer as a marketing tool in campaigns and for a centrally controlled signature distribution.

Pros

  • Sync signatures to users at a very short notice
  • Allow us to pass personal attributes into signatures
  • Not server dependent

Cons

  • Allowing multiple signatures for a single email address
  • Simpler design like in the old UI
  • It is saving time in distribution of signatures.
  • It saves time in auditing signature distribution (compared with on-premise or software-based tools).
  • It is saving us time trying to coordinate signature distribution between the IT and Marketing teams.
  • It is a self service tool
We use the timing mechanism to distribute signatures according to marketing campaigns we do, we did not use the appointment booking as so far we did not need to outside of the usual tools like MS Bookings.
It uses standard protocols to sync with our user's directory so far so good.

It is suited for situations when we need to send emails under a different brand and keep business continuity in place. It is well suited for scheduled campaigns. It is not well suited if you want to provide two different designs to the same alias.
