We use Exclaimer for our company email signatures, we also recommend, resell, configure and maintain exclaimer for many of our clients

providing a cloud based solution has removed significant complications for some of our clients around management and compliance. It is also reassuring for all our clients to know that their data is securely stored on their behalf
We originally used transport rules in exchange online to stamp signatures on emails, this is extremely limited and doesnt provide anywhere near the level of professional appearance offered by Exclaimer, its also far more difficult to administer and secure

Exclaimer is excellent for an business that wants a uniform, professional looking email signature. It is less appropriate in a business where there are a large number of different signatures in use, for example a group of consultants who all want different signatures
