Exclaimer helps to address the issue of having to manage multiple email signature templates for individual users, as well as the problems associated with manual updates and changes. With Exclaimer, we are able to create and manage email signatures from a single, centralized interface. This helps to streamline the process of creating, updating, and deploying email signatures, while also ensuring consistency across all emails sent from our organization.

Exclaimer’s email template customization and flexibility has allowed us to create different email signature templates for different departments, individuals, times and dates, or specific replies and forwarding messages. This also ensures that our email signatures are always up-to-date and compliant with our branding, legal, and security policies. We haven't experimented with the appointment booking and feedback features as of yet.
By using Exclaimer, we have been able to ensure that our email signatures are secure and available at all times. In the two years I've been working with exclaimer, I've never had any downtime or security related concerns.
