Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
I have to manually set signatures on each individual user, which makes it a lot quicker to update when needed. We use it across the board and find it very helpful.
Pros
- Design is intuitive.
- Easy to Implement.
- Functions flawlessly.
Cons
- Could be easier to assign colours other than hex.
- I'd like to be able to edit uniform blocks across all signatures at once.
- More professional looking signatures increases trust.
- Saves lots of time in not having to edit manually.
- The only negative impact I have found is with distribution groups, as additional config needed to be mailable.
This has helped around Christmas time for seasonal signatures, as don't have to jump on every individual PC each December!
This has given greater assurance that our data is being kept safe and secure, as well as making it easy to use our internal data in signatures.
Exclaimer seems to me to be the market leader in this area from researching at time of implementation, however i have not used others.

Using Exclaimer
100 - Every position across the board uses Exclaimer with no issues
1 - Basic IT skills are all that is required to initially set this up and get working. However some troubleshooting steps require more in depth domain management skills
- When lots of different signatures required
- When time is of the essence
- When signatures need to be changed accurately and quickly
- Christmas signature use
- When we have been shortlisted or received awards
- When staff members titles have changed
- When we expand the business can assign staff to existing groups
- Any other seasonal signatures bar christmas

The Usability was the most important feature, as it made it so much easier to manage our organisations signatures
If i went back and had to do it again i wouldnt bother evaluating anywhere else, id go straight to Exclaimer

When our distribution groups weren't receiving emails I contacted support and within an hour had a solution that worked perfectly. No issues of this manner since
