I like that Exclaimer makes it easy to have consistent signatures across the organization. This helps to create a professional and unified look for all emails sent from the company. I also appreciate that Exclaimer is easy to customize. I was able to easily add our contact information and social media links to my signature. I find it helpful that Exclaimer provides centralized control of all user signatures. This means that I can easily update or remove signatures as needed.Finally, I like that Exclaimer allows me to limit which users will have a specific signature. This is useful for creating different signatures for different departments or roles within the company.
- Allows for easily customizing the templates for the signatures.
- Allows uploading custom logos or banners to be applied in the different signatures
- Allows assigning specific signatures to groups of users
- Connects easily with all Google Suite email accounts within the organization
- It would be great to be able to choose a different color for the first letter of a sentence.
- It has a lot of suggested templates. It would be great to add at least one more each month so we can get new ideas.
- Exclaimer required some time to setup at the beginning, but once it starts working, it saves a lot of time. You no longer need to send emails to employees on how to setup signatures, plus all the back and forth until they have it correctly. This has saved us a lot of valuable time.
- Exclaimer is good on that you can purchase licenses as you need them. No need for a fixed package.
Exclaimer has helped in allowing us to have different email signature templates for different departments and individuals. It allows to have a more professional and unified look for all emails sent. Additionally, adding appointment booking and feedback survey links to the email signature helps to improve customer service and make it easier for people to get in touch with our reps.
I used another service from this company called Customer Thermometer, so after having success with it, I feel I can trust Exclaimer as well.
