Overall Satisfaction with Expensify

We use Expensify for 2 reasons. First, it helps us track all the spending in one place. The second biggest reason is that all of our receipts are also with Expensify. This makes it really easy when we have to reconcile our statements every month.
  • Scanning receipts is really easy.
  • Forwarding your email receipts directly to Expensify is great since it matches up the email with the expense.
  • Sometimes it's hard to navigate when there are too many expenses for the month.
  • I was debating on where to house all of the digital copies of our receipts. I now just keep them on Expensify.
  • This also integrates with NetSuite. I didn't have to pay anything extra for the integration. This made the monthly reconciliations must faster and easier.
I went with Expensify because of the cost and the integration with NetSuite.
I had to reach out to them in the beginning when I was trying to get this to work with NetSuite. They were very helpful in getting it integrated.

I can't see why you wouldn't use Expensify. They really have made it easy to use and have streamlined the expenses process.
