Overall Satisfaction with Expensify

Managing my expenses as i am a frequent traveller. Expensify is very easy and simple to use. it has a good interface and i love the feature of sending expenses directly from personal email id. I can upload all my monthly and keep track of them easily. I can directly send cab bills via email.

Pros

  • Good feature in tracking expenses by grouping them with reports

Cons

  • The deleted file management from reports is a bit tricky
  • For first time users and it takes some getting used to.
  • The active scanning can be better in bill photos scanning
  • Easy expense management
  • easy report creation
  • transparent and super fast approval process
Managing my expenses is easy as i am a frequent traveller. the feature of sending expenses directly from personal email id is super useful and convenient .

The only negative rating is for deleting expenses which goes out of reports and many times remains unreported. If this is fixed Expensify would be perfect.
Both have the perks of their own, Navan is good in Travel management and Expensify is good in Expenses management.

Navan does not have the feature of sending expenses directly from personal email id. It would be great if it could.

Expensify is an overall winner in easy expenses management.

It is less appropriate because The deleted file management from reports is a bit tricky for first time users and it takes some getting used to and we quite often end up with many unmanaged bills.
