Overall Satisfaction with Expensify
Expensify simplified and streamlined a previously-manual process that required multiple internal workflows for expense submission and approval. Employees really like the Receipt Scan feature. The plafrom is also customizable in terms of how much expense classification and description levels are required, and that helps our Accounting department. We've not deployed the Travel area for booking and planning business trips, but we use the rest of functionality pretty heavily for field employee expense management and expense reporting.

A dedicated app like Expensify does better than a combined platform at the main use case - expense tracking, reporting, and reimbursement. Bigger, wider-scope platforms take more effort or have other features that can occasionally get in the way. We prefer Expensify's simpler, more organized, more streamlined approach. It does mainly one thing, but it does it very well.
