Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We use EZ Texting as a mass texter to help get information out to our employees. Sometimes it's updates other times it could be alerts that could affect their day-to-day business(es).

Pros

  • It's simple
  • It's quick
  • It's reliable
  • It works

Cons

  • Contact searching could be simplified
  • Message construction could be simplified
  • WE have contacted out employees
  • Have not grown our buisness
  • It connects well to those we want to connect to
Overall it's simple. We have 2 other employees with accounts, and they have have been able to use it without a lot of instructions.
I do not use it. I prefer Chat GTP for my message editor or proofer.
It's just a texter and that's all I currently need.

Yes

Are you happy with EZ Texting's feature set?

Yes

Did EZ Texting live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of EZ Texting go as expected?

Would you buy EZ Texting again?

I would recommend it to someone needing to get alerts out. I probably won't recommend it for someone wanting to sell a product.
